Return Policy

First of all, if you’re checking out our return policy, chances are you’ve made a purchase with us. Thank you!
We hope that you love everything that you order, but if you are unhappy with any of the products that you receive, you may send them back within 30 days for an exact refund.
Once we receive your returned items, your return will be processed and your account will be refunded. You will be notified via email. Please do not send your purchase back without it’s associated order number.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment or as store credit.
Products must be less than 50% consumed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Partial refunds are granted for certain situations.
Please note: Sample quantity must be marked as 0 for your return. Samples are non returnable, please use them and enjoy!

Late or Missing Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, it usually takes up to 1-2 business days to process, times may vary. Once processed, you will be notified via email and the refunded amount will appear in your account within the following 1-2 business days.
